Direct Job Applications on “Get All Jobs” Sites
We’ve made applying for jobs easier and more efficient. Job seekers can now apply directly to postings on any “Get All Jobs” site from the job details page. This eliminates the need for redirection and provides a seamless application experience. For businesses, this means immediate confirmation emails upon application submissions, ensuring you’re promptly informed about potential candidates.
Fit Score (Beta): Enhanced Application Ranking and Summary
Our newly introduced “Fit Score” (Beta) offers a comprehensive rating system that accurately reflects each applicant’s compatibility with your job requirements. This feature breaks down application texts, extracts key information, and compares it with your job description to calculate the “Fit Score.” It allows for a quicker and more efficient review of candidates, ensuring you find the best match for your needs. You may have seen these Fit Score summaries for each of the applications that you received for your posted jobs during the Beta phase in January.
