Jacob Peebles
Co-Founder/CEO
An authority in HR and job application systems, Jacob began his career as an operations support specialist for tech giant EDS and later worked for such pioneering IT companies as Outtask.com and Silkroad Technologies. Prior to founding Get It in 2006, he successfully launched a string of profitable internet ventures, most notably ESLemployment.com. Jacob is a graduate of Virginia’s James Madison University.
Doug Couvillion
EVP, Operations and Special Projects
An accomplished manager with over 15 years of software development experience, Doug’s journey began in 1992 as a software developer for AT&T. During the late 1990s, Doug enjoyed a successful career as an application developer and technical lead for Capital One, before transitioning into project management in 2001. Prior to joining the Get It team, Doug was Director of Project Delivery for Impact Makers, Inc.
Eric Maier
EVP, Business Development & Strategy
Eric is a skilled business development executive and sales manager with 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He began in IT recruiting and progressed to selling recruiting services. He transitioned to direct software sales at EIS, a pioneer in crisis management software. In 1997, Eric joined ESRI the world’s leading provider of GIS software. In 18 years there he excelled in numerous business development roles. Most recently, Eric helped launch ESRI’s commercial sales division. He developed strategy, sales messaging, created direct/3rd party sales channels, and managed sales teams.
Robyn Hagan Cain
Director, Content Management
Robyn has spent more than 10 years as a writer, editor, and content strategist, leading teams at Thomson Reuters, Vox Media, Joyus, and Rockyt. Robyn graduated from the University of Mississippi and the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University.
Aaron Peebles
Principal
In his role as company Principal, Aaron works with his brother and Get It’s CEO Jake Peebles, as well as the other managers at Get It, on daily operations, strategy, and vision. Prior to his position with Get It, Aaron has worked in various roles in e-commerce and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Sean Glass
Board Member
Sean is an entrepreneur, investor, and believer in the power of people. He is currently a Venture Partner at Novak Biddle Venture Partners. Sean graduated from Yale with a B.S. in Engineering Sciences, where he helped found the Yale Entrepreneurial Society. He later co-founded the online financial services firm, Higher One. Higher One went public in 2010 (NYSE:ONE). After leaving Higher One, Sean lived In London while working on Pikum, a social gaming business backed by Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group. Sean also has an M.A. in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
