Getting Serious about matching – We present EmployInsightNovember 14, 2014
Today we’re pleased to announce another addition to the Get It family, and this is a big one. We’ve acquired EmployInsight. We are really excited about this addition to our set of tools we offer employers and job seekers. EmployInsight was developed by Ivy-League engineers who specialize in artificial intelligence, over the past 2 1/2 years. It’s backbone is a sophisticated matching engine that we will be using to match employers and job seekers in a much more complex and accurate manner than traditional methods which rely on job title and location. That said, EmployInsight features an innovative user interface that allows both employers and job seekers to assign attributes in a simple, quick, and we dare say fun, way. Employers will assign attributes to jobs they have available, and job seekers to their personality profile. We are anxious to show how it all works to our loyal job site users.
Along those lines, we plan to work on implementation with our current job sites, and some other improvements, over the next month or so. We hope to have EmployInsight available to be used by you as a tool by the first part of 2015. In the meantime, we invite you to stop by EmployInsight and take a look. Although the site is not fully available right now, there are some great video demos, and other features, that you can look at already.

We also have a sister site for job seekers, called JobCompass.com, although don’t be confused – this is the job seeker portal to EmployInsight and both Job Seekers and Employers will be on the same system.
